Rental Instructions

- Click the "Find out More" tab to the right to check to see if your date is available.

- Click the Venue Rates tab to see the rate for which of the event you are inquiring to have

- Click the appointment tab to schedule a time to see the venue (please note after you set the appointment you will need to call to confirm the date and time. Those that do not confirm date and time will not be scheduled for viewing.

- DEPOSITS/RETAINERS MUST BE paid VIA our system (Honeybook)., once rental agreement are completed.  However, if event is canceled DEPOSIT is NONREFUNDABLE. Once Deposit/Retainer is received by client this starts the time period in which no refunds if canceled. This includes for example ( client pays deposit/retainer on a Monday at anytime and calls 5 minutes later to cancel " Yes he/she loses deposit/retainer. All refunds are at the discretion of the owners.

- Please note all rental balances are due 6 weeks prior to event date. If balances are not paid by the date set; event can be canceled at the discretion of the coordinator or event planner (Creativibes)

- Date changes will forfeit 100% of deposit. in addition, $100 rescheduling fee is to be submitted to secure rescheduled date.
