RATES

The main room rental rate is $165/hr plus $35/hr if adding the dining hall. The retainer is $300 with $100 (refunded) and returned to customer within typically 30 days to the card on file(the card that you paid for the rental with). In addition, after retainer is paid ; first payment is due three weeks after and remaining balance six weeks per the commencement of event. This rental includes 8 tables and 50 chairs at no charge. All additional chairs are 1.75 each and each additional table is $12 a table. Please note the deposit is in place to secure your booking date and serve to cover damages and elapsed time of the contracted time. For example, if you book and event from 1pm to 5pm and the event is not concluded at 5 (this includes clean up) for every 15 minutes of time elapse the renter will be charged $50.

Wedding Reception/Vowel Renewal rental rate are set at $1800 for the entire day (12hours). Please see below for what all is included in this rate. Deposit $500

Concerts rental rate $2000 for the entire day (12hours). Deposit $500 ((refundable). Please see below for what is included.

Ticketed Events $2000 flat fee with event time of 4 hours and 1 hour clean up. Deposit is ($500).

Ticketed Events $1200 flat fee with and event time of 4 hours. Deposit $300. (MUST BE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION) Will be required to submit sunbiz information.
